The disinfectant for killing influenza virus is used for preventing influenza and is prepared from, by weight, 0.5-1.0% of chlorhexidine, 20-50% of alcohol, 0.2-1.0% of stabilizer, 0.5-2.0% of synergist, 0.5-2.0% of humectant, 0.05-0.1% of a complexing agent, 0.1-0.2% of PH adjustor and the balance water. The preparing method of the disinfectant includes the steps that chlorhexidine and alcohol are mixed and dissolved according to all component conents, the stablier, the synergist, the humectant, the complexing agent and water are added, finally the PH adjustor is added, and the mixture is stirred uniformly to obtain the disinfectant. The disinfectant can effectively kill the influenza virus, the sterilizing effect is fast and durable, the use range is wide, the disinfectant can be used for disinfecting the hands, carries out spray disinfection on the surfaces of articles which a user makes contact with, does not needed to be washed after being used and is convenient and fast to use.
