The invention provides a vegetable disease control method. The method puts ozone water on surfaces of vegetables to kill pathogenic bacteria on the surfaces of the vegetables or prevent the vegetables from diseases; the ozone water is prepared by an ozone generator, ozone gas is prepared firstly, and then the ozone gas and water is mixed in a gas-liquid mixing tower to obtain the ozone water. The method adopts the ozone water to control the pathogenic bacteria on the vegetables and is environment-friendly. Redundant ozone water rapidly decomposes into oxygen gas and will not cause secondary pollution to an environment or soil, and pesticide residue on the vegetables can be avoided; and in addition, microorganism bacteria can directly react with ozone dissolved in water and can indirectly react with hydroxyl radical generated by decomposition of the ozone, the hydroxyl radical is an oxidizing agent having high oxidizing ability, and then the ozone water can rapidly kill the pathogenic bacteria.
