The fruit internal quality spectrum detection device comprises a sealed profile frame, a conveying unit, a light illuminating unit, a reference rotating mechanism, a light receiving unit and photovoltaic triggering units; in the profile frame, the conveying unit penetrates through the middle part of a bottom plate of the profile frame, both of the light illuminating unit and the reference rotating mechanism are installed at the right side of the conveying unit, the light receiving unit is installed at the left side of the conveying unit, and the photovoltaic triggering units are installed at the left side and the right side of the conveying unit. A steering engine controls the reference rotating mechanism to rotate so as to acquire an automatic reference spectrum; the light receiving unit transmits transmission light to a spectrograph to acquire the spectrum of a fruit.
