The pair of the nail clippers comprises a finger holding plate and shear plates, wherein at least one fingernail holding seam is formed in the finger holding plate; lower cutting edges are arranged on the lower edge of the fingernail holding seam, and each lower cutting edge extends towards one side of the finger holding plate in a direction perpendicular to the finger holding plate; the shear plates and the finger holding plate are rotatably connected by virtue of a connecting piece; upper cutting edges, which are in correspondence to the lower cutting edges one by one, are arranged at the bottom of the shear plates; and each upper cutting edge is matched with the corresponding lower cutting edge, so that the pair of the scissors (the nail clippers) is formed.
