The judging method includes the steps that firstly, an instant cutting area calculating model is established according to milling machining technology parameters of the thin-wall curved surface, and cutting force coefficients are solved; then, the rigidity of a thin-wall curved surface part under different axial cut depth conditions is solved, and a correlation model between the axial cut depth and the rigidity of the thin-wall curved surface part is established, and the corresponding relation between the stable axial cut depth and the practical axial cut depth is obtained with the combination of a typical stability domain solving formula; and finally, the stability milling limit axial cut depth taking rigidity changes of the thin-wall part into consideration during machining is solved. The method is suitable for stability milling limit axial cut depth judging of various thin-wall parts, the application range is wide, the machining efficiency is improved to the maximum degree while the machining quality is ensured, and high practical value is achieved.
