Abstract

A three-dimensional small angle measuring method based on an auto-collimation principle is disclosed. The method includes setting x0, y0 and z0 as three coordinate axes of a known three-dimensional coordinate system, denoting a measurement value of an autocollimator A as Ax,Ay, denoting a measurement value of an autocollimator B as Bx,By with mirrors A and B being adjustable in direction and the autocollimator A and the autocollimator B being for two-dimension sensitive measurement, and setting small angles of the x0, the y0 and the z0 to be alpha, beta and gamma respectively. According to a small-angle decomposition principle, a reading around the x1 direction of the autocollimator A is synthesis of the alpha and the beta, a reading beta around the y0 direction is directly read out from the y1 direction of the autocollimators as the y0 axis and the y1 axis are parallel to each other, and a reading around the z2 direction of the autocollimator B is synthesis of the alpha that is a reading around the x0 direction and the gamma that is a reading around the z0 direction. The small angles of the three directions of a stretching bar can be obtained according to the three equations mentioned above.
