The light sources are disposed on the sample table, and light of the light sources is emitted to the diffuse reflection surface of the lampshade. The invention also discloses a detector including the hyperspectral image detection cabin provided with illumination compensation and a method of performing spectrum image detection for small-size samples by utilizing the detector.
