Abstract

The invention discloses a core shooting machine provided with hot core boxes. The core shooting machine provided with the hot core boxes comprises a sand adding mechanism, a sand shooting mechanism, stand columns, an upper supporting frame and a gas storage bag. The upper supporting frame is installed on the stand columns. An operation chamber is formed by the upper supporting frame and the stand columns. The sand adding mechanism and the gas storage bag are installed on the upper plane of the upper supporting frame. The gas storage bag is arranged on the left side of the sand adding mechanism. The sand shooting mechanism is installed on the lower plane of the upper supporting frame. The sand shooting mechanism comprises a pressing head and a sand cylinder. The sand cylinder is installed on the upper supporting frame in a matched mode through a guide rail and rollers. An air cylinder is also arranged on the upper supporting frame. The air cylinder is provided with a piston rod which is connected with the sand cylinder of the sand shooting mechanism. According to the core shooting machine, a spring is arranged in the sand adding mechanism and counteracts most pressure applied to the rollers and the guide rail in the whole process, and the service life of equipment is prolonged while normal operation of the equipment is guaranteed; and through the design that the left core box is movable and the right core box is fixed, the core shooting machine can operate more stably, and the dimension of a produced product is more accurate.
