foam pump comprises a rigid shell and an elastic lining which are coaxially arranged, the outer side wall of the elastic lining and the inner wall of the rigid shell are connected in a sealed mode and form a closed control cavity, and a plurality of elastic frameworks are distributed in the control cavity; the pump body is provided with a jet vacuum generator, the jet vacuum generator comprises a
nozzle inlet, a
throat pipe suction chamber and a
diffusion pipe outlet which are communicated in sequence, the
nozzle inlet is communicated with the liquid
discharge pipe through a high-pressure drainage pipe, and the
diffusion pipe outlet is communicated to a low-pressure
backflow area of the pump body; a negative
pressure feedback pipe is connected between the
throat pipe suction chamber and the control cavity, and when pumped fluid passes through the
nozzle inlet, negative pressure generated in the
throat pipe suction chamber sucks the control cavity, so that the elastic lining extrudes the elastic framework and is attached to the rigid shell. The energy of high-pressure fluid at a pump outlet is utilized, controllable negative pressure is generated through the
jet flow vacuum generator, the elastic lining is driven to generate radial shrinkage deformation, the section of a
volute flow channel is dynamically optimized, and
cavitation can be actively restrained.
