Abstract

The invention provides a dynamic and static pressure bearing loading experiment apparatus. The loading experiment apparatus comprises an oil pump portion and a working portion communicating with each other, wherein the working portion comprises an oil cylinder body, a bidirectional pressure tile and thrust pistons. A pressurizing oil pocket, a driving oil pocket and a return oil pocket are arranged in the oil cylinder body, wherein the pressurizing oil pocket respectively communicates with the driving oil pocket and the return oil pocket, the return oil pocket communicates with the oil pump portion, and the bidirectional pressure tile is movably arranged between the pressurizing oil pocket and the driving oil pocket. The oil cylinder body is further provided with six thrust pipelines, which communicate with the driving oil pocket. The thrust pistons are arranged on the tail ends of the thrust pipelines. The bidirectional pressure tile extrudes hydraulic oil in the driving oil pocket to extrude the thrust pistons to move and output pressure, and the end portions of the thrust piston are arranged on a runner plate of a dynamic and static pressure bearing to load the dynamic and static pressure bearing. The problem of frequent replacing shafts to change load in a dynamic and static pressure bearing experiment in the prior art can be solved by employing the loading experiment apparatus.
