The wireless transmission system comprises an earthquake early-warning monitoring communication interface system and a vehicle-mounted earthquake early-warning receiving device, wherein the earthquake early-warning monitoring communication interface system is used for receiving earthquake early-warning information, calculating an earthquake influence range, transmitting the earthquake early-warning information to the vehicle-mounted earthquake early-warning receiving device on a train which is within the earthquake influence range or is to enter the earthquake influence range, and sending a cell broadcast short message including the earthquake early-warning information to a cell within the earthquake influence range in a cell broadcasting way; and the vehicle-mounted earthquake early-warning receiving device is used for transmitting a train position report of the train to the earthquake early-warning monitoring communication interface system, receiving the earthquake early-warning information and the cell broadcast short message including the earthquake early-warning information which are transmitted by the earthquake early-warning monitoring communication interface system, and forwarding the earthquake early-warning information or the cell broadcast short message including the earthquake early-warning information to an emergency processing device to perform a corresponding processing operation after reception of the earthquake early-warning information or the cell broadcast short message including the earthquake early-warning information.
