The detection and protection system comprises a water flow photosensitive receptor for detecting a water flow signal in the cooling circulating pipeline, an alarm device for carrying out sounding alarming when the water flow photosensitive receptor can not feel a water flow signal, and a control unit for cutting off a microwave host circuit when the water flow photosensitive receptor can not feel a water flow signal.
