According to the method, drugs recorded in historical drug use information are recommended to a user in a prioritized manner according to disease information and constraint information of the user, that is, when the user does not fall ill for the first time, the drugs recorded in the historical drug use information are recommended to the user firstly with the method so as to improve the drug use safety of the user; when the user falls ill for the first time, with the method, drugs matched with the disease information and the constraint information are automatically screened out from a drug database by the aid of drug function information and drug additional information, and the drug selecting and purchasing safety and efficiency of the user can be effectively improved while compared with independent selection of drugs. Besides, the correlation between the drug additional information such as taboo information, side reaction information and the like and the constraint information of the user is fully considered with the method, so that the drug recommending safety can be further enhanced with the method. In conclusion, the method can solve technical problems of low drug selecting and purchasing efficiency and poor safety in the prior art.
