The method comprises the following steps: acquiring operation and maintenance data generated by execution of operation and maintenance work through an operation and maintenance server within past historical time; performing statistics to obtain service data of the operation and maintenance server in an operation and maintenance working process according to the operation and maintenance data, wherein the service data include security management data, reliability management data and service response data; quantifying the service data by a uniform standard to obtain monitoring data generated by monitoring of the operation and maintenance work of the operation and maintenance server; and pre-judging a future working condition of the operation and maintenance server according to the monitoring data. Correspondingly, the invention also discloses a device for processing the operation and maintenance data. Through adoption of the method and the device, the working condition of the operation and maintenance server is monitored, and the fault rate of the operation and maintenance server is lowered.
