[0020] Human chronic myeloid leukemia cells K562 were purchased from the Tumor Cell Bank of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences. The rabbit-derived primary antibody of neurokinin 1 receptor was purchased from Biotech Biotechnology Co., Ltd., and was diluted at a ratio of 1:1000 when used. The horseradish peroxidase-coupled goat anti-rabbit secondary antibody was purchased from Biotech German Biotechnology Co., Ltd., diluted 1:5000 when used. The internal reference antibody GAPDH was also purchased from Biotech and diluted 1:10000 when used.
