The compound drug agent comprises, by weight, (1) 1.0-25.0% of chamomile hydrolat, (2) 0-0.05% of plant-derived alkyl glycoside, (3) 0-2.0% of propylene glycol, (4) 0.1-0.4% of a disinfectant and (5) the balance RO reverse osmosis pure water. The disinfectant comprises 50% of methylisothiazolinone and 50% of chlorhexidine acetate. The chamomile hydrolat-containing hygienic wet wipe has the advantages of 1, cleaning, moisturizing, disinfection and sterilization effects on skin, 2, improvement of the skin, good allergy resistance and skin repairing and whitening effects and applicability to human skin, 3, no environment pollution and good safety and environmental friendliness, and 4, simple processes and a low cost.
