The automatic conveying device comprises a rectangular hole formed in the heat insulation wall of the refrigeration bank, an intelligent blood refrigeration bank buffer cabinet arranged inside the refrigeration bank and a pre-storing cabinet arranged outside the refrigeration bank. Holes communicating with each other are formed in the sides, opposite to the rectangular hole, of the intelligent blood refrigeration bank buffer cabinet and the pre-storing cabinet. A first rectangular frame is arranged inside the intelligent blood refrigeration bank buffer cabinet, and a second rectangular frame is arranged inside the pre-storing cabinet. The first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame are provided with a supporting device which stretches across the first rectangular frame and the second rectangular frame via the rectangular hole. The supporting device is provided with a power output module, and the power output module drives at least one set of conveying devices arranged on the supporting device. The conveying devices are provided with blood cabinet carrier plate assemblies.
