The method comprises the following steps of: bringing the actual low-pressure pressure value to a linear equation of the highest high-pressure ratio line of equipment by acquiring the actual high-pressure pressure value and the actual low-pressure pressure value of air conditioner equipment and calculating a visual high-pressure pressure value; and judging whether the air conditioner equipment is in a high-pressure ratio region or not by comparing the actual high-pressure pressure value with the visual high-pressure pressure value, if so, reducing the frequency of the compressor. Therefore, the problem that the service life of the air conditioner equipment is shortened as the air conditioner equipment is in the high-pressure ratio region for a long time is solved.
