Abstract

The invention provides a system and method for testing the fluid pressure and intensity withstood by a fan blade. The system comprises a box body which defines a cavity, wherein the cavity stores the fan blade; a drive device which is provided with a transmission rod extending to the interior of the cavity to be connected with the fan blade, wherein the fan blade is driven by the transmission rod to rotate; a fluid source which provides fluid to pass through a pressurizing pump to enter the cavity of the box body so as to enable the fan blade in the cavity to rotate in the pressurized fluid. After preset rotation time, the fan blade stops rotating, and the intensity of fluid pressure withstood by the fan blade according to the changes of at least one of the shape of the fan blade, the work performance and the work abnormal noise.
