Abstract

The method comprises the following steps: acquiring a hyperspectral image of to-be-detected cooked meat; selecting the hyperspectral image, thereby acquiring a preset pixel scope area; calculating an average spectrum value of the acquired preset pixel scope area; calculating the refrigeration time of the to-be-detected cooked meat, outputting and displaying according to the average spectrum value and a preset multi-model consensus-continuous projection support vector regression model.
