The product information pushing method comprises the steps of acquiring a plurality of users on a product platform, and acquiring a respective attribute characteristic of each user; calculating an attribute characteristic similarity between two random users, and establishing a similar user set of each target user; for each target user, acquiring information of a first product which is followed and/or purchased by the target user, and information of a second product which is followed and/or purchased by the user in the similar user set of the target user; comparing the information of the first product with the information of the second product, obtaining information of differentiated products which are followed and/or purchased by the target user and the users in the similar user set of the target user, and pushing the information of the differentiated product to the target user.
