Abstract

The invention discloses a broadband slit type mobile phone antenna which settles a problem of low bandwidth at a low frequency band of an existing mobile phone antenna. The broadband slit type mobile phone antenna comprises three layers of structures, a dielectric board, ground which is arranged on the bottom surface of the dielectric board, and a feeder line which is arranged on the top surface of the dielectric board. The ground is provided with two open slits, wherein one slit is obtained through combining a rectangular unit and a circular unit. The broadband slit type mobile phone antenna is characterized in that the rectangular unit is internally provided with a bent metal patch, and the other slit is rectangular; the open ends of the two slits are arranged in two opposite edges of the dielectric board; the feeder line has a bent structure which is obtained through connecting a 50-ohm microstrip line, three rectangular metal patches and a circular patch; the projection of the circular patch on ground is superposed with the circular slit; and the projection of the feeder line on ground is bent around the boundary of the slit; and a 6dB bandwidth of the antenna covers 0.71-1.01GHz, 1.64-2.73GHz and 3.56-12GHz.
