A straw pre-treatment tank, a stirring tank, a fermenting tank, a solid-liquid separation tank, a first biogas residue storage tank, a second biogas residue storage tank, a water supplementing tank, a gas storage tank, a biogas generating set, a lithium bromide absorption refrigerator, a first heat exchanger, a second heat exchanger, a constant-temperature water storage tank and a hot water storage tank are connected, so that biogas circulation and biogas residue circulation are integrated, and subsequently, degradation and utilization rates of a fermentation substrate are enhanced and the temperature of a fermentation system is guaranteed; in addition, waste heat (including cooling water and flue gas) from biogas power generation is applied to heating and cooling, and flue gas type and hot water type waste heat utilization modes are combined so as to meet demands of household energy consumption such as electricity utilization, heating, cooling and the like in the rural areas, so that deep and efficient utilization of the waste heat from the biogas power generation is achieved and gradient utilization of energy is realized; therefore, energy utilization rate and economic benefit of an entire biogas power generation system are improved; and the system has good popularizing and practical values.
