Abstract

The invention discloses a building method and an application of a seminal plasma metabonomics-based OPLS-DA diagnosis model. The method comprises the following steps of modeling object screening and sample collection; quality control sample preparation; sample extraction; sample derivatization; gas chromatography-mass spectrometry analysis; use of the quality control sample; compound identification; and OPLS-DA modeling. According to the seminal plasma metabonomics-based OPLS-DA diagnosis model, the judgment effect of the seminal plasma metabonomics-based OPLS-DA diagnosis model on UMI is superior to that of an OPLS-DA model built by using parameters such as a seminal fluid quantity, sperm density, a sperm motility rate, sperm activity, a sperm movement mode and the like in seminal fluid parameters; the sensitivity and specificity of the seminal plasma metabonomics-based OPLS-DA diagnosis model are 98% and 95% respectively; and the sensitivity and specificity of the OPLS-DA model are only 67% and 73%.
