Abstract

The invention provides a heat pump type double-circulation hot-air drying system and a control method thereof, and relates to supply or control devices for air or gas used for drying solid materials or products, in particular to a heat pump type hot-air drying system and a control method for the system. A hot air cabinet is divided into a basic air temperature area and a reheating area. A latent heat condenser and a sensible heat condenser are connected in series to form a double-section series condenser. An air supply circulation loop enters an air feeder from a drying chamber through an air return duct and the latent heat condenser and is supplied into the drying chamber through an air supply regulating valve, the sensible heat condenser and an air supply duct. An internal circulation loop returns to the air feeder from the air feeder through an internal circulation air valve, an internal circulation air duct, the air return duct and the latent heat condenser. By controlling the opening degrees of the internal circulation air valve and the air supply regulating valve, the internal circulation loop sufficiently absorbs condensation latent heat to increase the basic air temperature, secondary heat exchange is conducted through the air supply circulation loop for producing high-temperature hot air, and thus variation requirements of the outlet air temperature and the temperature of the drying chamber are met; and the heating efficiency of the system is high, and the product operating condition is stable.
