The system includes a front-end data terminal, a cloud computing server and a user terminal, the front-end data terminal includes a data forwarding unit, and the cloud computing server includes a data storage unit, a power quality monitoring unit, a processing unit, a web page unit and a graphics service unit. The invention has the advantage of directly acquiring data from the front-end data terminal of the dispatching system, reducing the purchase and maintenance costs of the data acquisition equipment.
