Abstract

The invention belongs to the technical field of pollution repairing and relates to a soil conditioner for repairing heavy metal polluted farmland and a production method of same. The soil conditioner includes biochar, minerals and cyclodextrin. The production method includes the steps of: (A) preparation of the biochar: calcining carya cathayensis peel carbon to obtain pyrolyzed biochar and performing high-pressure hydrothermal treatment to the carya cathayensis peel carbon to obtain hydrothermal biochar, and mixing the pyrolyzed biochar and the hydrothermal biochar to obtain the biochar; (B) preparation of the minerals: uniformly diatomite powder and chitosan according to the mass ratio of 3:1 to prepare a diatomite composite; (C) blending: uniformly mixing the pyrolyzed biochar, the hydrothermal biochar, the diatomite composite and sheep manure to prepare the soil repairing agent; and (D) granulation: mixing the soil repairing agent with cyclodextrin and performing granulation to obtain the soil conditioner. The soil conditioner, when being used for rice farmland, is economical and effective, allows in-situ repairing and has no addition of chemical substances.
