The used measurement bracket is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, requires a few measured liquids during measurement and is applicable to test under the conditions of different vacuum degrees, variable temperatures, variable environment pressure and the like. The bracket comprises an upper pore plate and a pai-type base, wherein a cylindrical tube stretches out of the center of the upper pore plate, a through hole in the center of the cylindrical tube penetrates through the whole upper pore plate, the hole is full of the measured liquid during surface tension measurement, and a free liquid surface is formed above and below the hole. Data processing is simple, all that is required is to fit profile lines of top areas of two liquid surfaces of the upper area and the lower area of the bracket respectively, and the surface tension of the liquid can be calculated as long as radii of tops of the profile lines of the upper and lower liquid surfaces and the height difference between vertexes of the profile lines of the two liquid surfaces are acquired.
