The method comprises the following steps of acquiring wind field distribution information of typhoon; acquiring a position and structure information of a power transmission line which is about to be invaded by the typhoon; according to the position and the structure information of the power transmission line, and the position of the typhoon and the wind field distribution information, carrying out structure dynamics analysis on the power transmission line so as to carry out risk assessment and forecast on a damaged degree of the power transmission line. In the invention, a technical problem that risk assessment and forecast can not be performed on the damaged degree of the power transmission line because of a typhoon influence in a correlation technology is solved, and the risk assessment and the forecast of the power transmission line which is influenced by the typhoon are realized.
