[0037] Preparation of fermentation buffer: 0.5000g sodium chloride, 0.0600g anhydrous calcium chloride, 0.1000g magnesium chloride, 1.4000g dipotassium hydrogen phosphate, 0.7000g potassium dihydrogen phosphate, adjust the pH to 7.0, and distilled water to 1000mL.

[0038] Bacillus cereus (Bacillus cereus) YSQ08 was deposited in the China Center for Type Culture Collection on September 3, 2012, and the strain preservation number is CCTCC No.M2012322.

Embodiment 1

[0040] (1) Bacillus cereus YSQ08 (Bacillus cereus) was activated by streak culture on a plate, and a single colony was picked, placed in LB broth medium, and cultured on a shaking table at 37°C and 200r / min for 24h. Using the method of induction culture, add the activated bacteria solution to the feather-containing medium at 2% for 72 hours, then streak and invert for 14 hours, pick a single colony for liquid culture, and culture on a shaking table at 37°C and 200r / min for 14 hours .

[0041] The induced Bacillus cereus YSQ08 (Bacillus cereus) was added to the LB broth medium at an addition amount of 2% to carry out expanded culture for 3 times to obtain the activated bacterial liquid.

[0042] (2) Add 3% of the activated bacterium liquid induced in (1) to the fermentation buffer with a mass content of 3.5% of chicken feathers and a pH of 7. Keep the fermentation temperature at 37°C, and the fermentation time is 6 days.

Abstract

The invention discloses application of a waste feather fermentation product in preparation of a hermetia illucens feed. The waste feather fermentation product is prepared by adopting the following steps that S1, waste feather is cleaned and sterilized, and a fermentation buffer solution is added; S2, activation culture is conducted on a Bacillus cereus YSQ08 strain to obtain an activated bacterium solution, then the activated bacterium solution is added to the waste feather in the step S1, and fermentation is performed to obtain the fermentation product; in the step S1, the mas of the waste feather accounts for 1-5% of the mass of the fermentation buffer solution, and a pH value of the fermentation buffer solution is 7-10. In the step S2, 2-5% of activated bacterium solution is added to the fermentation buffer solution containing the waste feather by mass. The waste feather fermentation product, especially fermentation supernate of the fermentation product is prepared into dry matter serving as the feed, the feed is applied to hermetia illucens breeding, the growth speed of the hermetia illucens can be remarkably improved, a weight increasing effect is obvious, the material weight ratio and the feed conversion rate of the feed are effectively reduced, and meanwhile the survival rate can be also improved.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of environmental resource utilization, and relates to the application of a waste feather fermentation product in preparing black soldier fly feed. Background technique [0002] The larvae of the black soldier fly contain a large amount of protein, fat, rich essential amino acids and minerals, which can be used to produce animal feed with high economic value; the black soldier fly defatted protein can be used as raw material to produce high-grade food and health products. Bio-oil can be used to produce skin care products; the black soldier fly’s pupal shell is rich in chitin, which can be used for water purification, as food stabilizer and medicine, and also used in the production of dyes, fabrics, adhesives and other related industries. As well as ion exchange resins and separation films for industrial use, it can also produce surgical sealing lines. [0003] At present, there is no research on fermenting discarded f...
