A first unwinding roller is arranged on the machine frame. A liquid spray shell is arranged on the machine frame. Multiple liquid spray pipelines are arranged on the lower portion of the liquid spray shell. A liquid sprayer is arranged on the machine frame. A control pump is arranged between the liquid sprayer and the liquid spray shell. The liquid sprayer is connected with the liquid spray shell through a liquid conveying pipeline. The control pump is arranged between the liquid conveying pipeline and the liquid sprayer. A second unwinding roller is arranged on the machine frame. An electric heating box is arranged on the machine frame. A temperature controller is arranged on the top of the electric heating box. An electric heating plate is arranged on the top of the interior of the electric heating box and is electrically connected with the temperature controller. Traction rollers are arranged on the two sides of the electric heating box. A winding roller is arranged on the other side of the machine frame.
