An upper connector is arranged at the upper end of the outer pipe assembly. A drill bit is arranged at the lower end of the outer pipe assembly. The middle pipe assembly is sleeved with an inner cavity of the outer pipe assembly and achieves axial locating through a middle pipe locating elastic clamping assembly. A salvage spearhead is arranged at the upper end of the middle pipe assembly. A plate valve assembly is arranged at the lower end of the middle pipe assembly and comprises a flap valve and a flap valve seat.
