The log database system comprises a synchronous configuration unit, a log acquisition unit, a data synchronization unit and a database execution unit, wherein the synchronous configuration unit is used for acquiring to-be-synchronized data object names and configuring a synchronization name list; the log acquisition unit is used for trading, generating trading information, participating in consensus and storing the consensual trading information into a local block chain, and the trading information includes database operation logs; the data synchronization unit is used for searching the corresponding database operation logs in the local block chain according to the synchronization name list and determining data synchronization operation according to the searched database operation logs; the data execution unit is used for executing data synchronization operation on a predetermined database. The log database system has the advantages that the log database system separates the operation logs from data, safety can be ensured effectively while distributed storage is achieved through the block chain technology, and different types of databases can be configured without node reconstruction.
