Problems solved by technology

Therefore, there is a possibility that air may flow into the inside through the gap.
[0006] In addition, there is a possibility that the relative position of the adjacent duct forming body in the longitudinal direction may deviate from the predetermined relative position due to suction of the duct forming body by the negative pressure acting in the suction duct.
In order to position the relative positions of the adjacent pipe forming bodies in the longitudinal direction, it is considered to bond the connecting parts of the adjacent pipe forming bodies, but if the connecting parts of the adjacent pipe forming bodies are bonded, the adjacent pipes need to be In the case of decomposition of the formed body, it cannot be easily decomposed

Embodiment Construction

[0017] Hereinafter, an embodiment in which a suction duct in a spinning machine is embodied as a suction duct of a fiber bundle converging device will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 4 .

[0018] Such as Figure 1A As shown, the fiber bundle converging device 10 is installed on the downstream side in the flow direction of the fiber bundle F from the final delivery roller pair 12 of the drafting device 11 . The fiber bundle converging device 10 includes an output unit 13 , a suction pipe 14 , an air conveyor 15 , and a guide unit 16 . The output unit 13 is composed of a lower clamping roller 13a and an upper clamping roller 13b, wherein the lower clamping roller 13a is arranged in parallel with the front lower roller 12a of the final output roller pair 12, and the upper clamping roller 13b is transported through ventilation. The belt 15 is pressed against the lower pinch roller 13a. Like the front top roller 12b of the final delivery roller pair 12, the top grip roll...

Abstract

The invention relates to a suction pipe for a spinning machine comprising tubular conduit elements. A suction air flow caused by a negative pressure flows within each conduit member from a first end to a second end of the conduit member. Conduit members are defined as a first conduit member which is positioned on a downstream side and has a first end in a longitudinal direction, and a second conduit member which is positioned on an upstream side and has a second end in a longitudinal direction. The second end of the second duct member is mounted in the first end of the first duct member so that the duct members are assembled together. The suction duct includes an annular resilient sealing member which is inserted between the inner circumferential surface of the first end of the first duct member and the outer circumferential surface of the second end of the second duct element. The resilient sealing member has a gradually narrowed insertion portion which tapers progressively in the direction of the suction air flow.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to suction ducts in spinning machines. Background technique [0002] In the spinning machine, if the fiber bundle sent from the drafting device breaks, the fiber bundle may be wound around the front bottom roller and hinder the subsequent piecing operation. Accordingly, the spinning machine is equipped with a pneumatic clearer that sucks and removes the disconnected fiber bundles by air. For example, refer to JP-A-11-12862. The pneumatic yarn clearing device has a pneumatic duct (suction duct) extending along the long side of the frame. A suction pipe extending toward the front bottom roller is arranged on the pneumatic duct. [0003] The pneumatic duct has a plurality of cylindrical duct forming bodies. Adjacent duct formation bodies are connected by fitting the second end portion of the second duct formation body in the longitudinal direction inside the first end portion of the first duct formation body. For example, the do...
