The method comprises the following steps that during line crossing operation, an automatic monitoring system (ATS) of a train determines an optimal path from the current position of the train to a destination according to an operation plan or a train head code, and an access road to be triggered is searched according to the optimal path; when the train reaches a line crossing access road triggering zone, the ATS conducts a validity check on the line crossing access road according to a station yard state sent by an adjacent line; when the validity check passes, the ATS sends an access road triggering command to connector equipment of the adjacent line so as to trigger the line crossing access road.
