By the solar stacked wafer module, the areas of main grid line electrodes on a front surface and a back surface of a solar cell are reduced, so that the consumption of silver paste and a conductive adhesive is reduced; and moreover, the numbers and the cross sections of the auxiliary grid lines are optimized, and the photoelectric conversion efficiency of the patterned stacked wafer battery piece is improved compared with a conventional stacked wafer battery piece with parallel auxiliary grid lines.
