Abstract

A method of screening a traditional Chinese medicine inhibitor to anaerobic bacteria on the basis of a Fe nanoprobe. The invention belongs to the technical field of development and application of traditional Chinese medicines and provides a method depended on preparation of the Fe nanoprobe for screening a traditional Chinese medicine formula being capable of inhibiting anaerobic bacteria. In the method, a sample is detected to determine whether the sample contains target bacteria or not by means of influence on relaxation time of magnetic resonance imaging due to the paramagnetic character of the Fe since the paramagnetic Fe nanoprobe, prepared in an antibody coating manner, can be specifically combined with the target bacteria. The paramagnetic Fe nanoprobe, in a certain range, shows a linear relationship in the relaxation time of magnetic resonance imaging, i.e., the higher the content of the nano-Fe is, shorter spinning-lattice relaxation time and spinning-spinning relaxation time of the magnetic resonance imaging of the sample are, so that the method can quantitatively detect the target bacteria within a certain range, thus indirectly evaluating antibacterial effects of the traditional Chinese medicine formula. The method can be used for screening formula of traditional Chinese medicines, which have inhibition effect against the anaerobic bacteria, thereby accelerating development of traditional Chinese medicine products.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a screening method of traditional Chinese medicine formula. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics can also cause damage to the human body while sterilizing bacteria, affecting liver, kidney function, and gastrointestinal tract reactions. Abuse of antibiotics may lead to the occurrence of drug resistance in some bacteria, and the treatment of infections will become very difficult. At present, there is almost no antimicrobial drug without drug resistance. It is of positive significance to develop traditional Chinese medicines and formulas with antibacterial effects. [0003] Many traditional Chinese medicines and prescription medicines have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and the active ingredients and molecular structures of some Chinese herbal medicines have also been fully or partially studied. For example, berberine (berberine), the main component of Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron phellodendron for dys...
