Take 5.0g of nano-CoPt and add it into the beaker, and stir mechanically (with a glass rod) for 5min. The mixture was sonicated for 30 min and stirred in due course. Raise the temperature to 85˚C, add hydrochloric acid dropwise to adjust the pH value to 6-7, and form a precipitate. While magnetically separating, wash the precipitate with deionized water for 3-4 times. Then, the precipitate was dispersed in 250 mL of methanol. The...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for screening out an anaerobion traditional Chinese medicine inhibitor based on a CoPt nanoprobe, and belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine development and application. The method depends on building a traditional Chinese medicine formula for screening out an anaerobion inhibitor based on preparation of the CoPt nanoprobe. By means of the characteristic that the paramagnetic CoPt nanoprobe prepared by adopting an antibody coating can be specifically bound with target bacteria, on the basis of the influence of the paramagnetic CoPt characteristic on the magnetic resonance imaging relaxation time, whether a sample contains target bacteria or not is detected. The paramagnetic CoPt nanoprobe displays a linear relation within the magnetic resonance imaging relaxation time in a certain extent; in other words, the larger the nanometer CoPt content is, the smaller the sample magnetic resonance imaging spinning-lattice relaxation time and spinning-spinning relaxation time value is, and target bacteria can be quantitatively detected in the certain extent, so that the antibacterial effect of the traditional Chinese medicine formula is indirectly evaluated. The method can be used for screening out the formula of traditional Chinese medicine with the anaerobion inhibition effect, and the development speed of a traditional Chinese medicine product is increased.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a screening method of traditional Chinese medicine formula. Background technique [0002] Antibiotics can also cause damage to the human body while sterilizing bacteria, affecting liver, kidney function, and gastrointestinal tract reactions. Abuse of antibiotics may lead to the occurrence of drug resistance in some bacteria, and the treatment of infections will become very difficult. At present, there is almost no antimicrobial drug without drug resistance. It is of positive significance to develop traditional Chinese medicines and formulas with antibacterial effects. [0003] Many traditional Chinese medicines and prescription medicines have antibacterial and anti-inflammatory effects, and the active ingredients and molecular structures of some Chinese herbal medicines have also been fully or partially studied. For example, berberine (berberine), the main component of Coptis chinensis and Phellodendron phellodendron for dys...
