Embodiment Construction

[0025] As mentioned in the background art section, the current pruning robots have a narrow application range, are inflexible in movement, and have low pruning efficiency.

[0026] Based on the above research, the embodiment of the present invention provides a horticultural pruning flying robot, which can move the pruning mechanism to any height of the plant through the drone, and then control the operation of the pruning motor to drive the rotary knife to rotate. For plants, the most important thing is that the angle of the rotary knife can be adjusted by the angle control device, so that it can trim plants with different appearances. Therefore, compared with the traditional pruning robot, not only the pruning mechanism is more flexible, but also the height of the plant does not need to be considered. In addition, the UAV is also characterized by flexible movement, so the pruning efficiency is higher.

[0027] In order to make the above objects, features and advantages of the...

Abstract

The invention discloses a flying robot for horticulture pruning. The flying robot comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle, a pruning mechanism and a power supply, wherein the pruning mechanism is arranged on the unmanned aerial vehicle, and the power supply is used for supplying power to the unmanned aerial vehicle and the pruning mechanism; and the pruning mechanism comprises a rotary knife, a pruning motor for controlling rotation of the rotary knife and an angle control device for controlling the rotary knife to swing in vertical and horizontal directions. The pruning mechanism can be moved to any altitude of plants through the unmanned aerial vehicle, then, the rotary knife is driven to rotate to prune the plants through controlling the pruning motor to run, and importantly, an angle of the rotary knife can be adjusted through the angle control device so as to obtain plants of different appearances through pruning. Therefore, compared with the traditional pruning robots, the flying robot has the advantages that the pruning mechanism is more flexible, and height of the plants is not required to be taken into account; in addition, the unmanned aerial vehicle further has the characteristic of flexibility in moving, so that the pruning efficiency is relatively high.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the field of agricultural machinery, in particular to a horticultural pruning flying robot. Background technique [0002] With the development of society and the improvement of people's living standards, gardening has become an indispensable landscape in cities, scenic spots, etc. In addition, it is difficult to ensure the uniform appearance of a batch of plants by manual pruning, so that the overall beauty will be lost. [0003] Although there are currently some gardening robots that can replace human labor, their scope of application is limited, for example, in some areas that are not suitable for robots to park, or the height of plants is too high to make it difficult for robots to reach, so their flexibility is poor. [0004] Therefore, how to provide a horticultural pruning flying robot with high flexibility is a technical problem that those skilled in the art urgently need to solve. Contents of the invention [0005] ...
