Embodiment Construction

[0033] The present invention will be described in detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0034] The present invention proposes a method for evaluating the reliability of an offset velocity field, comprising the following steps:

[0035] 1) The wave field is extended from the surface to the ground through the seismic wave propagation operator. The specific process is as follows:

[0036] The seismic record of the surface can be expressed as p 0 (x, z=0, ω), extending the wave field downwards Δz can be expressed as:

[0037] p 1 (x,z=Δz,ω)=A 0 p 0 (x,z=0,ω) (1)

[0038] In the formula, A 0 Indicates the propagation matrix of the first layer; p 0 Indicates the surface seismic data; x indicates the lateral distance; z indicates the depth; ω indicates the frequency; Δz indicates the continuation step; p 1 Seismic data representing the first subsurface level.

[0039] Applying formula (1) multiple times can extend the wave field from t...

Abstract

The invention relates to a reliability evaluation method of a migration velocity field. The method includes the steps of 1) performing continuation of a wave field from ground to underground through a seismic wave propagation operator; 2) performing imaging for the continued wave field through an imaging operator; 3) performing approximate processing on a propagation matrix so that the propagation matrix can retain primary information of a velocity field; 4) calculating the topological scale of the propagation matrix after the approximate processing and describing the internal structure of a migration velocity field through the topological scale; and 5) calculating migration velocity fields at different resolution scales, and repeating the steps 1) to 4) for different migration velocity fields to obtain a topological scale curve of each migration velocity field, with the proximity of the topological scale curve of the different migration velocity field representing the proximity of a migration result.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the reliability of a migration velocity field, which belongs to the technical field of seismic exploration. Background technique [0002] With the deepening of seismic exploration, seismic migration imaging gradually transitions from the time domain to the depth domain. The uncertainty of velocity and depth makes depth migration very sensitive to the velocity field. In order to obtain high-precision migration imaging results, it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the reliability of the migration velocity field. [0003] At present, the reliability of the migration velocity field is mainly evaluated by the quality of the migration results. Through prestack migration, various common imaging point gathers can be generated, mainly including offset domain common imaging point gathers (ODCIG) and angle domain Common imaging point gather (ADCIG), according to the relationship between the common imaging poin...
