Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1, a device for measuring the rotation period of the plasma filament.

[0033] Such as figure 1 As shown, the device for measuring the rotation period of the plasma filament provided by the present invention specifically includes: an optical collimator 4 , an aperture 5 , a photomultiplier tube 6 , an oscilloscope 7 and a coaxial cable 8 .

[0034] The device for generating the rotating plasma filament includes a tungsten needle 1, a water tank 2 filled with water, a DC power supply and a ballast resistor. The tungsten needle 1 is placed vertically (that is, the tungsten needle 1 is perpendicular to the horizontal plane). In this embodiment, the diameter of the tungsten needle 1 is 1 mm, the lower end of which is hemispherical, and the needle is 5 cm long. The water tank 2 is directly below the tungsten needle 1; the water tank 2 is made of stainless steel, and the water tank 2 is filled with tap water, and the water volume in the water tank 2 in this embodimen...

Embodiment 2

[0040] Embodiment 2, the method for measuring the rotation period of the plasma filament.

[0041] combine figure 1 , the specific steps of the method for measuring the rotation period of the plasma discharge wire provided by the present invention are as follows:

[0042] a. The optical collimation tube 4 is arranged horizontally, and the optical collimation tube 4 is a hollow straight tube structure. One end of the optical collimation tube 4 is aligned with the lower end of the rotating plasma filament 3 , and the other end is inserted into the through hole of the diaphragm 5 . In this embodiment, the optical collimation tube 4 is a glass tube.

[0043] The plasma filament 3 is in the shape of a cone with a small top and a large bottom, and the plasma filament 3 is formed between the tungsten needle 1 and the water tank 2 . Canon EOS7D is used to take photos of the discharge between the tungsten needle tip and the water surface, such as figure 2 shown. figure 2 The exp...

Abstract

The invention provides a device and method for measuring a rotation period of a plasma wire. The device for measuring the rotation period of the plasma wire comprises an optical collimator tube, a diaphragm, a photomultiplier, a coaxial cable and an oscilloscope. The method for measuring the rotation period of the plasma wire mainly comprises the steps of a, aligning one end of the optical collimator tube to a lower end of the plasma wire, and inserting the other end of the optical collimator tube into a through hole of the diaphragm; b, fixing the diaphragm in front of an incident light opening of the photomultiplier; c, connecting the photomultiplier with the oscilloscope by the coaxial cable; and d, switching on switches of the oscilloscope and photomultiplier, and simultaneously adjusting a grain voltage of the photomultiplier, wherein the rotation period of the plasma wire can be monitored and recorded by a waveform displayed on the oscilloscope. The device provided by the invention is simple in structure, accurate in measurement result and low in cost, and is convenient to operate, and promotion and application are convenient.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of low-temperature plasma, in particular to a device and method for measuring the rotation period of plasma filaments. Background technique [0002] The plasma generated by the atmospheric pressure liquid electrode is widely used in medical, environmental, industrial, military and other fields, such as sterilization, liquid functionalization, water activation, treatment of polluted water, synthesis and processing of nanomaterials, material growth, etc. Generally, the discharge filament generated by the liquid electrode device is rotating, and there are three main methods for measuring the rotation period of the plasma filament. [0003] The first is the electrical method, which obtains the rotation period of the plasma filament by measuring the discharge voltage. This method is only applicable to the case where the spinning trajectory of the plasma filament is elliptical. In this case, the length of the pl...
