The method comprises on the basis of a preset timing interval, periodically performing the following steps of determining a current migration vernier value, dividing a plurality of continuous time intervals starting from the current migration vernier value, updating the current migration vernier value to the maximum time in the plurality of time intervals, wherein the migration vernier value is initially the minimum time of the newest modification time of data records in a source database; for each divided time interval, generating a migration task corresponding to the time interval, wherein the migration task is used for migrating the data records of which newest modification time currently belongs to the time interval, in the data records of the source database to a target database; and performing the generated migration tasks concurrently.
