Problems solved by technology

However, the effect of feeding frequency on the breeding stage of broodstock has not been reported in detail, so it is very meaningful to explore the appropriate feeding frequency during the breeding period of broodstock

Embodiment

[0015] 15-month-old female shrimp with robust physique, normal body color, and immature ovaries and male shrimp with a body length of 13-14 cm were selected. The male and female ponds were kept in separate pools for seven days, and the experimental grouping was carried out after the broodstock ingested normally and their vitality recovered.

[0016] According to body weight and body length, they were divided into three groups with 40 shrimps in each group. In this experiment, three feeding frequencies were set for manual feeding, namely 2 times / day, 3 times / day, and 4 times / day. The specific feeding time is shown in Table 1. The experiment adopted satiation feeding, and the feeding amount was adjusted timely according to the feeding situation. After 30 days of feeding, the terminal body length and body weight of the broodstock without cut eyestalks were measured.

Abstract

The invention discloses a litopenaeus vannamei parent shrimp feeding method, and belongs to the field of aquatic animal nutrition and feed. According to the feeding method, the frequency of feeding parent shrimp feed is twice a day; the parent shrimp feed comprises 58.7% of crude protein, 7.5% of crude fat, 46.52% of polyunsaturated fatty acid, 16.20% of EPA and 10.41% of arachidonic acid, and flavor amino acid in the parent shrimp feed accounts for 58.62% of total amino acid. The number of feeding times is reduced due to the frequency of twice a day, the labor is saved, and the growth, reproductive performance and generation quality of litopenaeus vannamei are not influenced. The bait feeding quantity is reduced due to the frequency of twice a day, the growth, reproductive performance and generation quality of litopenaeus vannamei are not influenced, and the situation that the feed is residual can be reduced at the same time.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the field of aquatic animal nutrition and feed, in particular to a method for feeding broodstock of Litopenaeus vannamei. Background technique [0002] Litopenaeus vannamei, a tropical open-type seminal vesicle species, is one of the few excellent farmed shrimp species recognized in the world. The diet nutrition and feeding strategy of broodstock are the key factors in determining the efficiency of seed production. Determining the appropriate bait and feeding method not only helps to improve the feeding rate, bait utilization rate and seed quality of broodstock, but also avoids the waste of bait, thereby reducing the pollution to the breeding environment. Studies have shown that broodstock needs to consume a lot of substances and energy during the development and reproduction of gonads, and needs to synthesize and accumulate a large amount of yolk material for embryonic development. If the feeding method is inappropriate, not...
