The orthopedic shoe making method comprises the steps of collecting foot data and other health data of a patient; collecting the foot data by using a network; performing three-dimensional modeling by using the collected foot data and forming a foot three-dimensional model which is the same as or close to a real foot in shape; correcting the foot three-dimensional model; making a shoe according to the corrected three-dimensional model. The orthopedic shoe making system comprises a data collection device, a data collection converging device, a three-dimensional modeling device and a shoe making device. The method and the system can meet foot health requirements of users, can be operated by users conveniently with less time and can be used for foot orthotics; the shoe making efficiency is high.
