Abstract

The invention provides an EFUSE programming method and circuit. The method comprises the steps of generating a constant current pulse by adopting a constant current source and an address vector combination; correcting an EFUSE IP, and determining scanning current values of EFUSE bits in a full address range; and selecting a maximum value of the scanning current values as a set value of the constant current source to perform EFUSE programming testing, and performing data downloading on other EFUSEs. According to the method and the circuit, an EFUSE is programmed through the constant current pulse, and the EFUSE programming conditions are controlled through current vectors, so that the EFUSE programming conditions are ensured to be consistent regardless of the length of a line, and the burnout situation of a burst mode of a heat effect of the EFUSE in the past is avoided; and the EFUSE is fused in an electron transfer mode, so that the stability in the EFUSE programming process is improved and the data retention capability of the EFUSE at a high temperature is enhanced.
