Abstract

The nozzle feeding and hot sealing device is located on the side portion of a travel path of main films and comprises a vibration disc, a rotatable turntable, a transfer manipulator and a hot welding device. The vibration disc is used for conveying the nozzles automatically in sequence; at least two first clamping finger assemblies used for clamping the material nozzles are installed on the rotatable turntable; the transfer manipulator is used for sending the material nozzles output by the vibration disc to the first clamping finger assemblies; and the hot welding device fixes the material nozzles and the main films in a hot welding mode when the first clamping finger assemblies send the material nozzles to the position between the two layers of main films.
