Abstract

The invention discloses an engraving assisted locating-based film thickness control method. Under an instruction of a processing unit, an intensity adjustment part, a focusing part and a driving part in an assisted locating module jointly control an actuator to operate, so as to enable an engraving subunit to engrave a V-shaped or U-shaped gap mark at a preset position of a cast sheet; and based on data acquired by an acquisition module, the processing module calculates the thickness of a thin film and positions of all bolts of an extruder die head, and respectively controls the rotating speed of an extruder and the opening degree of the die head through a frequency converter and a die head adjuster. According to the film thickness control method, by mark engraving and section data processing, a thickness parameter can be obtained via analysis processing, and the bolts of the die head can be quickly and accurately located, so that uniformity of the thickness of the thin film in the transverse and longitudinal directions can be realized through adjustment of the lip opening degree and the extruding speed, and the required engraving amount in an assisted locating process is small.
