A speed measurement mode automatic selection module intelligently selects a vehicle speed collection mode according to a preset priority, wherein the priority from the top to the bottom is a vehicle speed sensing module speed measurement mode, a wheel speed sensing module speed measurement mode and a GPS speed measurement mode.
