The millimeter wave digital simulation hybrid pre-encoding design method is characterized by comprising the following steps: 1, calculating a pure digital pre-encoding matrix FD according to channel state information of a transmitting end antenna and a receiving end antenna; 2, performing matrix decomposition on the pure digital pre-encoding matrix FD to decompose the pure digital pre-encoding matrix FD into a product of an analog pre-encoding matrix FRF and a digital pre-encoding matrix RBB; 3, setting a coefficient fi(n) in the digital pre-encoding matrix RBB; 4, obtaining a nonlinear equation of an analog domain phase phi m, M+n of the i user: (the formula is as shown in the specification); and 5, solving the nonlinear equation to obtain an analog domain phase phi m, n, and then obtaining the analog pre-encoding matrix FRF.
