The method comprises the steps of determining a universal mathematical model of the SVSR boundary, determining an initial SVSR boundary point, initializing the universal mathematical model of the SVSR boundary, predicting an adjacent SVSR boundary point with a symbol as shown in the specification, correcting the predicted point with the symbol as shown in the specification to obtain a SVSR boundary corrected point with a symbol as shown in the specification adjacent to the initial SVSR boundary point z0, performing initial value cycling on the corrected point with the symbol as shown in the specification, searching a next adjacent SVSR boundary point by adopting the process, substituting s in a simultaneous gradient matrix and an additional equation to a symbol as shown in the specification in a cycling process until a power increase direction angle beta is less than 0 and greater than 90 degrees.
